Guaranteed minimum flexibility. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ecosystem of applications that connect without the need to deploy (plug&amp;play)<\/strong>\n<ol>\n<li>It is one of the most important points to scale and the combined use of CRMs with other alternatives.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Customer Support<\/strong>\n<ol>\n<li>Languages, medium (chat, ticket, telephone).  <\/li>\n<li>Included in the plan.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Who is behind it? and product evolution <\/strong>\n<ol>\n<li>Number of customers and countries.<\/li>\n<li>Number of annual improvements.<\/li>\n<li>If there is an investment fund or gasoline for the evolution of functionalities.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Integration of first party data<\/strong>\n<ol>\n<li>It must have an API that allows you to integrate your own data.<\/li>\n<li>It must have an acceptable display and fit in the user interface.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Sometimes the experience and vision of the service provider is more important than the technology.<\/strong>\n<ol>\n<li>We have seen things you would never believe. Invest 80% of the budget in the tool and 20% in services and training. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Based on all this, you can go crazy and most companies make several leaps until they find the solution they are most comfortable with.  <\/p>\n<p>Although we have opted for a niche that is Pipedrive customers (although in the last three consultancies on choosing a CRM, we have not recommended Pipedrive, any modern CRM option that has well solved the following points can be valid. But our recommendation is that the SALES TEAM&#8217;S ADOPTION MUST FIRST vs. the multitude of functionalities, because if the sales team does not use it correctly, everything that goes behind it will fail. In other words, focus on how important it is that it is well resolved so that it is easy to use.  <\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>If you want a Cloud platform and you are an SME, Hubspot and Zoho are the recommendations we like the most (although Hubspot can be expensive due to the type of licensing).  <\/li>\n<li>If you want a native CRM, we have opted for Pipedrive (the simplest and the one that best integrates with third-party applications), but depending on the size and profile, Monday, Agile CRM, Insightly or Nimble can be useful.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div> <\/div>\n<div><strong> <\/strong><\/div>\n<div><strong> <\/strong><\/div>\n<div><strong>FINAL NOTE:<\/strong><br \/>There are 703 CRM solutions identified, surely there are many of the ones we have mentioned that are equally valid.
