The AI email creation<\/strong> feature facilitates the generation of quality emails, follow-ups and proposals that engage recipients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This feature not only improves interaction with recipients, but also saves time, allowing you to focus on closing deals and growing your business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How can I enable AI email creation?<\/h2>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n

This action is available for users with account settings.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n

To enable this feature for your company, go to Personal Preferences > Email Synchronization > Email AI<\/strong>. Then enable the Email content generation option. <\/p>\n\n

Where can I find the AI email creation feature?<\/h2>\n\n

Once enabled, the email creation feature will be visible in any email composer, either the details view or the Sales Inbox.<\/p>\n\n

Open a new email from the details view or from the Sales Inbox and click on “Write my email”<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

AI email generation is not available at group email.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How can I generate an AI email?<\/h2>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n

When you click on “Write my email”, you<\/strong> will see a message with three different fields:<\/p>\n\n

Specify the content of the e-mail<\/strong><\/td>Describe what the e-mail should be about. Use keywords and complete sentences. <\/td><\/tr>
E-mail tone<\/strong><\/td>ProfessionalFormalFriendly<\/td><\/tr>
Email length<\/strong><\/td>ShortStandardLong<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n

Click on “Generate e-mail”<\/strong> and wait a few moments until the content is generated.<\/p>\n\n

Once finished, you will see a suggested email content<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

At the bottom of the message, you have the option to regenerate<\/strong> an e-mail suggestion or copy it into a message<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

The email content suggestion cannot be edited in the generator message, but you can edit it after pasting it into the email composer.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n
