Pipedrive Planner<\/h2>\n

With Pipedrive Scheduler you can greatly simplify the process of scheduling an appointment with your clients<\/strong> by editing the extension in response times or even in the same schedule selection planning in both agendas.<\/p>\n

The Scheduler allows you to set up meetings in a very simple way<\/strong>, with a single action you can share with your collaborators or clients your availability<\/strong> and they can book a time with you without having to wait.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This feature is as simple as setting your availability in the calendar, sharing a link and waiting for your client to schedule a meeting – it’s that easy.<\/strong> When someone books, it will automatically sync with your calendars. <\/strong> <\/p>\n

Please note that it is possible to send a link with your full availability<\/strong> or you can select the specific times<\/strong> you make yourself available to meet.<\/p>\n

We recommend combining the Scheduling function with Mail Synchronization to have better benefits<\/strong> in your planning and communications.<\/p>\n

The Planner function is available in the plans:
\n–Advanced<\/strong>. It is limited to a “General Availability” link.
\n– Professional & Corporate.<\/strong> Unlimited links.
\n– Leadbooster<\/strong> add-on users .<\/strong> Unlimited access to the Planner<\/p>\n

Start planning with Pipedrive!<\/h2>\n

If you do not have mail synchronization activated<\/strong> or you have a basic plan, go to the tab “Suggested hours.” <\/strong><\/p>\n

You can find it next to the “Action” tab in the<\/strong> deal, contact or company details view<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

If your plan is Advanced or Professional<\/strong>, or you have email synchronization enabled, access it from the “Email” tab, <\/strong>you will find the functionality on the detail page or directly by accessing it from your Email inbox.<\/p>\n

Key elements of the planner<\/h2>\n

General availability
\n<\/strong><\/p>\n

This element offers your customer a longer time horizon<\/strong> to select the day and time that best suits them. Pipedrive designed this feature with large intervals<\/strong> for booking a schedule and under a regularity scheme<\/strong>. <\/p>\n

To send it to your customers you only have to select the “Define availability”<\/strong> option.<\/p>\n

2. Specific hours<\/strong><\/p>\n

In this element you select the specific times<\/strong> you propose for a meeting with a defined customer. Unlike general availability, this functionality is designed for shorter meetings or simple phone calls. <\/strong> <\/p>\n

It’s as simple as sending the customer an email with specific times they can choose to meet with you.<\/p>\n

How to manage my schedule proposals?<\/h2>\n

Start by selecting the “propose hours and manage availability”<\/strong> option to define your general availability in<\/strong> case you wish to send wider ranges of availability, click on the gear icon next to the ” propose hours and manage availability”<\/strong> option. “select hours” to define the specific time slots to be delimited.<\/strong><\/p>\n
