Know the types of notifications<\/h2>\n

You can find 9 types of notifications<\/strong> that you can configure to appear according to your preferences.<\/strong> When doing so keep in mind that only a maximum of five types of notifications can be displayed at the same time<\/strong>, be assertive in your choice!<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Community notifications.<\/strong> Publicize your community’s activities. <\/li>\n
  2. Product updates.<\/strong> Indicates new product launches or roadmap updates. <\/li>\n
  3. Tracking of e-mails.<\/strong> Gives the read and open status of your sent email links. <\/li>\n
  4. Action reminders.<\/strong> It gives notice of your next scheduled actions. <\/li>\n
  5. Updates on what I follow.<\/strong> Notifies you when another user in your account updates deals or contacts. <\/li>\n
  6. Customized analytics and guidelines<\/strong>. It lets you know what to focus on and how to improve in the sales process. <\/li>\n
  7. Comments.<\/strong> Notifies you when another user has commented on your notes. <\/li>\n
  8. Mentions<\/strong>. Indicates when you have been mentioned in an annotation, action, etc. <\/li>\n
  9. Assigned to you.<\/strong> Notifies you when a deal or contact has been assigned to you. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Configure and view notifications<\/h2>\n

    To configure the Sales Wizard, click on the light bulb at the top right<\/strong> and then on the gear symbol<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

    Two options<\/strong> will appear :<\/strong> pause today’s alert notifications and manage notifications, click on the second option to configure your preferences <\/strong>. <\/p>\n

    A list will be displayed where you will be able to select the notifications you wish to receive<\/strong>, it is here where you must activate the checkboxes<\/strong> and you will be able to start receiving notifications. <\/p>\n

    If you click on the three dots to the right of each card (…) you have the option to mark the card as read or to configure your Sales Assistant. <\/strong> <\/p>\n

    To view your notifications<\/strong> simply click on the light bulb<\/strong> at the top right of Pipedrive and then click on “See more” under the cards <\/strong>. <\/p>\n

    This will take you to your user overview and you will be able to see all notifications <\/strong>. <\/p>\n

    If you want to see a specific notification<\/strong> you have the possibility to filter them and by clicking on the<\/strong> desired notification<\/strong> you will be redirected to the page of that item. <\/p>\n
