You must define: <\/p>\n<p><em><strong>1. Subject.<\/strong> <\/em>These are the main and background colors.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"2_web_form_pipedrive\" src=\"https:\/\/www.imanta.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/2_formulario_web_pipedrive.png\"> <\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>2. Style of the form.<\/strong> <\/em>It is the font, the style of the fields and the language of your form.  <\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"3_web_forms_pipedrive\" src=\"https:\/\/www.imanta.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/3_formularios_web_pipedrive.png\"> <\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>3. Template.<\/strong><\/em> This is the type of form with the information you are looking for, you have the possibility to collect 4 types of data through these templates:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Contact us<\/strong>. This option is viable when you want your customers or prospects to contact you directly. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Registration<\/strong>. This form collects data through a registration on your website. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Download material<\/strong>. Allow your users to download files after registering on your website. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Empty<\/strong>. You can define the data to be requested from an e-mail.   <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"4_web_form_pipedrive\" height=\"578\" src=\"https:\/\/www.imanta.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/4_formulario_web_pipedrive.png\" width=\"578\"> <\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>You&#8217;re done!<\/strong> The last step is to <strong>click on &#8220;Create web form <\/strong>&#8220;.  <\/p>\n<p>If you need to give <strong>more structure and modify the form<\/strong> you have created you should <strong>use the form editor.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This option allows you to <strong>add or remove blocks by clicking on the pencil icon.<\/strong> It is important to note that <strong>the &#8220;Introduction&#8221; block is mandatory<\/strong> in the forms.  <\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"5_web_form_pipedrive\" height=\"450\" src=\"https:\/\/www.imanta.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/5_formulario_web_pipedrive.gif\" width=\"590\"> <\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Need to add a block?<\/strong>  Hover the cursor over the form editor and select the &#8220;+&#8221; symbol.  <\/p>\n<p>You can choose between <strong>two types of blocks:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Information field<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Collects <strong>basic data such as name or phone number and custom field data from your account. <\/strong><br \/>This block has the<strong>option to be defined as &#8220;required&#8221;<\/strong> within your form. <br \/>Supported fields are: <strong>text, large text, single choice, multiple choice, date, address, monetary, numeric and phone.<\/strong> <\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"6_web_form_pipedrive\" height=\"538\" src=\"https:\/\/www.imanta.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/6_formulario_web_pipedrive.png\" width=\"576\"> <\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>2. Message<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>This block allows you to add texts in the form <strong>so that your visitors can read some kind of information that you want to transmit to them. <\/strong> <\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"7_web_forms_pipedrive\" height=\"445\" src=\"https:\/\/www.imanta.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/7_formularios_web_pipedrive.png\" width=\"587\"> <\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>You&#8217;re about to finish!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Close the form with the block containing the &#8220;Submit&#8221; button<\/strong> which <strong>should never be missing<\/strong> so that the data filled in by your prospect or customer is sent to Pipedrive correctly.  <\/p>\n<p>In this block <strong>, besides choosing the text of the button, you will be able to choose whether it will be protected from spam or not<\/strong>, if enabled, the <strong>updated version of reCAPTCHA <\/strong> will be used.  <\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"8_web_forms_pipedrive\" height=\"280\" src=\"https:\/\/www.imanta.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/8_ormularios_web_pipedrive.png\" width=\"582\"> <\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h2 id=\"h2_1\">Share your web form  <\/h2>\n<p>Before submitting your form <strong>check how it will look when you share it.<\/strong> You can do this <strong>from the &#8220;Preview&#8221; section at the top right of the page.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"11_web_forms_pipedrive\" height=\"430\" src=\"https:\/\/www.imanta.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/11_formularios_web_pipedrive.png\" width=\"588\"> <\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>There are <strong>two ways to share the form<\/strong> you have just created. In <strong>the &#8220;Share and embed&#8221; tab<\/strong> you will find two options to share the form you have just created.   <\/p>\n<p>The first is to <strong>share the link directly to your prospects.<\/strong> When you select the <strong>&#8220;Share via link&#8221;<\/strong> option, you must <strong>copy the link that appears and paste it in the location where your contacts will click<\/strong>, regardless of whether it is an email or another location.  <\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"9_web_forms_pipedrive\" height=\"236\" src=\"https:\/\/www.imanta.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/9_formularios_web_pipedrive.png\" width=\"582\"> <\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>The second option is <strong>that it appears on your page with the option &#8220;Embed form on website&#8221;.<\/strong> In this section you will find all the steps to do it correctly.  <\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"10_web_forms_pipedrive\" src=\"https:\/\/www.imanta.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/10_formularios_web_pipedrive.gif\"> <\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h2 id=\"h2_2\">What happens when my customer has already filled out the form?<\/h2>\n<p><em><strong>Define your message for sending with the success page<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>In the first part of <strong>the &#8220;Submit&#8221; section, on the left side of the screen you will see a preview of the success page<\/strong> where you will find <strong>two options that you can set<\/strong> for when a visitor has already filled out your form:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Show thank you message<\/li>\n<li>Redirect to another website<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"12_web_forms_pipedrive\" height=\"589\" src=\"https:\/\/www.imanta.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/12_formularios_web_pipedrive.png\" width=\"587\"> <\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Define where you will store the data sent by your customers<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>It is time to <strong>select your &#8220;Preferences to save&#8221;<\/strong> where you select <strong>whether the completed form is added as a lead or as a deal to your account<\/strong>, plus you can <strong>add lead title prefixes <\/strong>.  <\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"13_web_forms_pipedrive\" height=\"370\" src=\"https:\/\/www.imanta.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/13_formularios_web_pipedrive.png\" width=\"549\"> <\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Need to include an acceptance field?
